When the manufacture is no longer supporting your equipment due to Obsolescence or they have gone out of business or you are looking to upgrade your equipment, we can provide ongoing services to keep you up and running.
We have provided remanufacturing services from PCB boards to full test systems. From small quantities of less than 10 up to 100+ units. We work within the customer’s requirements to meet their needs.
Sometimes when working with some Metro locations, no documentation is available. We can take and existing unit/PCB and reverse engineer it. With our technical and engineering team, we can reverse engineer down to component level creating a test procedure and testbed to be able to fully test the item. Whether it is a single logic PCB or complete system. We have the ability to:
- Identify and document component layout
- Source Obsolete components
- Remanufacture equipment
- Create a test fixture to test remanufactured item
- Write a test procedure to ISO Standards
- Perform testing and functionality
- Write final QC documentation
- Work with Metro engineering on the process and final testing for approval.
